Adopt Me: Mo is still waiting for his furever home (adopted)

He would like to be the only kitty in a home with mature owners

OttawaMatters, in partnership with the Ottawa Humane Society, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Meet Mo (ID# A216671), a confident, playful eight-year-old gray tabby and white domestic shorthaired cat looking for his forever family.

My name is Mo and my personality type is “Star”. It’s showtime and I’m ready for action! You won’t find me sitting on the sidelines. I’m confident and self-assured.

As you can see by the swagger in my step and my elevated tail, I know that I’m the leader of the pack! I’m looking for a forever home where I can play the leading role.

If you’ve got a lot of love and attention to give, and you’re looking for a cat with loads of personality, I just might be the purrfect match for you.

Some unique facts about me: I would like to be the only kitty in a home with mature owners. I use my scratching post every day. I’m not big on playing with toys but when I do my favourite so far is a wand toy with furry tail toys attached to them.

I can get carried away when I play so an owner who can teach me to be gentle would be best; I’m not a fan of being picked up or coddled but often enjoy sleeping in bed with you.

Mo is relaxing at the Ottawa Humane Society. Please contact 613-725-3166 ext. 258 to book an appointment to meet him!
