Bullet holes, casings found at townhouse in Bayshore area

Police are investigating an incident on Dumaurier Avenue near Alenmede Crescent.

The Ottawa Police Service is looking for leads after a shooting on Dumaurier Avenue, near Alenmede Crescent.

Officers responded to 911 calls from the area at 5:15 a.m., Wednesday.

Investigators found shell casings near townhouse units, and then located bullet holes in one of the units. 

No suspects have been identified and no injuries have been reported as a result of the shooting.

The OPS' Guns and Gangs Unit continues to investigate.
