Charges laid following rash of Barrhaven, Orleans and Kanata break-ins

Investigators say home security videos played a key role in helping them track down their suspect.

The Ottawa Police Service has charged a man in relation to several break and enters in Barrhaven, Orleans and Kanata. 

Officials say the incidents happened between late 2018 and April of 2019.

Numerous home security videos taken at or near the scenes of the break ins helped investigators with leads in the case. 

Jevane Kemar Fuller, 33, of Gatineau, was charged with several offences including: 

  • Breaking and entering (6 counts)
  • Attempt break and enter (2 counts)
  • Possession of burglary tools
  • Assault Robbery
  • Forcible confinement

 Fuller appeared in court on April 17. 

The investigation is ongoing.
