One man is facing a few charges, including possession of a dangerous weapon, after a stabbing at Ottawa's IKEA.
Ottawa police officers responded to the incident outside of the business on Iris Street, on November 8, around 11:50 a.m.
Two men suffered serious, but not-life-threatening injuries in the stabbing.
Two other men were initially wanted by police, but officers now say they are only charging one.
Abdel Arab, 20, of Ottawa, was identified as the suspect. He turned himself in at the courthouse on Elgin Street, Monday.
He will be charged with:
- Carrying a Concealed Weapon
- Common Nuisance/Endangering Safety of Public
- Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to Public Peace
Arab is scheduled to appear in court, Monday.
