Cocaine found at home in Gloucester, arrest made

A 24-year-old is due in court this July.

An Ottawa man is facing drug-related offences after a two week investigation by the Ottawa Police Service into drug and firearms trafficking.

The Guns and Gangs Section executed a search warrant on Carwood Circle in Gloucester. 

Officers found 4.1 g of cocaine, packaged individually in 14 dime bags for street level sale. According tio police, the street value of the seized cocaine was $410.

Leopold St. Juste, 24, of Ottawa was arrested and charged. 

He faces an additional weapon-related charge after the search of a property on Walkley Road near Baycrest Drive in 2017.

His first court appearance is scheduled on July 3.
