A North Stormont man is facing nine charges after the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police seized $230,000 worth of marijuana, hash, and cannabis shake.
Officers executed a search warrant at a house on County Rd. 15 near Moose Creek Monday, and recovered the drugs along with a firearm.
OPP said 34 lbs of pot, 30 lbs of hash, and 50 lbs of cannabis shake were uncovered.
Gerard Sauve, 75, will now answer to charges of possession for the purposes of trafficking, production of a controlled substance, and several weapon-related offences.
He has been released with a promise to appear in a Cornwall courtroom next month.
