UPDATE: Police looking for witnesses of Bayshore-Britannia area shooting

Ottawa officers want to know if anyone saw a dark blue Ford Explorer being driven erratically in the westbound lanes of Carling Avenue.

The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public's help as it continues to investigate a shooting on Boyce Avenue at Carling Avenue, on Ottawa's west side.

Investigators want to speak with anyone who was driving in the area around 5:45 p.m. on Monday, June 29, and may have information and/or dashcam footage of an extremely erratic driver of a dark blue Ford Explorer.

Around that time on Monday, officers found two men, ages 23 and 34, with gunshot wounds. Both were taken to hospital -- one in serious condition and one stable.
